Povodom rođendana kraljice Elizabete, na Instagram profilu kraljevske porodice osvanuo je recept za kapkejk koji kraljica obožava.
Ispod slike omiljenih kraljičinih kolačića stoji: ’Srećan rođendan Njenom visočanstvu’.
Kraljica je napunila 94 godine a za ovu specijalnu priliku na dvoru su služeni njeni omiljeni kolačići.
Ovo je jako jednostavna poslastica, koja se sastoji od biskvita i preliva, a sprema se od sastojaka koje svi imamo kod kuće.
Sastojci potrebni za pripremu biskvita:
· 1 kašika sirćeta
· 300 ml mleka
· 50 ml biljnog ulja
· 60 g maslaca, otopljenog i ohlađenog
· 2 jajeta
· 5 ml ekstrakta vanile
· 250 g brašna pomešanog sa praškom za pecivo
· 75 g kakao praha
· 300 g šećera
· 10 g sode bikarbone
· 100 g bele čokolade
Sastojci za preliv:
· 90 g crne čokolade sa 70 odsto kakaoa
· 100 g maslaca
· 125 g šećera za glazuru
· Boje za hranu po želji

Ingredients for the cake sponges - (serves approximately 15) 15g vinegar 300ml milk 50ml vegetable oil 60g butter (melted and cool) 2 eggs 5ml of vanilla essence 250g of self-raising flour 75 of cocoa powder 300g caster sugar 10g bicarbonate of soda 100g white chocolate chips cupcake cases Ingredients for the buttercream topping: 90g of high percentage dark chocolate 100g butter 125g icing sugar Option to also use Royal icing, instead of buttercream: Royal icing available pre made in shops Add food colouring to create different colours Cake sponge method: -Preheat the oven to 150 C -Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and bicarbonate of soda into a mixing bowl -Whisk the eggs in a separate jug, with the vanilla essence, melted butter, oil, milk and vinegar -Slowly add the wet mixture into the dry mixture, little by little -Ensure the batter is smooth with no lumps -Finally add the chocolate chips (alternatives could be nuts, dried fruit) -Lay the cupcake cases onto a tray -Use a metal spoon to equally divide the mixture into the cases -Bake for around 15-18 minutes, take out of the oven when golden and springy on touch -Leave to cool Buttercream icing method: -Cream the sugar and butter together, until light and creamy -Add in the warm melted chocolate -If you have a piping bag to hand, pipe the icing on the top of cakes for decoration (otherwise gently use a teaspoon or small spatula to ice) Royal icing method: -If decorating with royal icing, roll the icing out and cut into circular disks -Lay the disc over the cupcake and mould to required shape We hope you enjoy! #RoyalBakes ?

Priprema:
Biskvit: Unapred zagrejati rernu na 150 stepeni. U posudi pomešati brašo, šećer, kakao prah i sodu bikarbonu. U posebnom sudu umutiti jaja sa ekstaktom vanile, rastopljenim maslacem, uljem, mlekom i sirćetom. Polako dodati vlažnu smesu u suvu, malo po malo, smesa na kraju treba da ispadne glatka, bez grudvica. Na kraju se ubace komadići čokolade, a po želji možete dodati i seckane orašaste plodove i suvo voće. Smesu raspodeli ravnomerno u kalupe za kapkejk i pecći u rerni od 15 do 18 minuta. Kolačići su pečeni kada dobiju lepu zlatnu boju.
Preliv: Umešati šećer i maslac da postanu lagani i kremasti, pa dodati toplu otopljenu čokoladu. Kesicom za ukrašavanje se dodaje na biskvit. Po želji možete razdvojiti glazuru i obojiti različitim bojama po želji.
